Can you really cast aside judgement? Of judging others;
I won’t be the judge of that!
Could releasing our judgement of others be the answer to a more peaceful, happier life? An increasingly self-aware Ali Roff confronts her issues surrounding blame and criticism
The shame of staying sober
When Clare Poole, author of The Sober Diaries, realised she had a problem with alcohol, she gave it up for her health and happiness. An ugly side effect was the shame and judgement she felt at admitting she had an issue. She began writing an anonymous blog, and found hundreds of thousands of people were living ‘sober in silence’

QUINOTTO WITH FENNEL, ALMONDS AND AVOCADO
This ‘quinotto’(a risotto made from quinoa) was one of the first things I cooked for myself after I was on my own; a rather strange combination of ingredients were the few things I happened to have on hand. I like it so much that I now have it fairly often, and every time I do, I hope I’ll find the willpower to stop myself from eating the whole bowl!
