Christmas lights and laughs in Lochgilphead

In a more intimate celebration in Lochgilphead, the Christmas lights were lit on Friday November 30 and the village was aglow for Santa to land.

In a night of festive music and dancing, Santa stopped by the centre to find a spectacularly festive and bright MAYDS garden on a damp dark night, filled with the tunes of Mid Argyll Pipe Band. It was too good for the jolly old man to miss and he had to say hello.

Queues formed all the way around the building to see Santa and, of course, he brought gifts for everyone.
