There was a smaller than usual turnout at the February meeting of Shiskine Scottish Women’s Institute partly due to some members taking the opportunity to fly off to warmer climes for some winter sunshine.
Unfortunately for them, they missed not only the usual evening of companionship, fun and laughter, but on this occasion the opportunity to have a go at that most uplift ing of pastimes: Scottish country dancing.
The visitors were members of the group which meets on Tuesday evening in Brodick church hall.
