WOULD YOU FIND 536bhp just a bit too weedy in your electric Porsche but 872bhp excessive? It’s mathematically possible, because 336bhp is a big difference, but it’s hard to imagine anyone being quite so particular about being pushed back into their seat. Still, the GTS version of the facelifted Taycan is now here to split the difference almost exactly, with 690bhp.
Aside from the power, the GTS can be seen as a greatest hits album compiled from the regular options list: standard kit includes the 18-way adaptive sports seats in Race-Tex microsuede, the Bose sound system, the rear-wheel steering and the rear limited-slip differential.
