Auchinlee was a registered care home for 24 older people with dementia inspected by the Scottish Care Inspectorate to their standards (including stafing requirements).
I understand that some of these residents were accommodated at Lorne Campbell Court when Auchinlee closed. Their re-assessments were made at the time the Argyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) were looking for £14 million cuts as highlighted on the Courier’s front page on March 9.
