Why does the on-screen display menu keep appearing on my friend’s monitor?
A friend of mine is having trouble with a monitor that’s just out of warranty.
The on-screen display (OSD) keeps appearing when it’s not wanted, and can’t be closed. As this covers part of the screen, my friend can’t use the affected area. I’ve never seen this type of problem before. Do you have any ideas? I’m afraid I don’t know the make or model.
