The Mk3 iteration of Novation’s Launchkey Mini Ableton Live (other DAWs are also supported) controller keyboard has been around since November 2019, but now fans of the full-sized Launchkey can at last get their hands on the same new features offered by its diminutive counterpart. Promoting tighter integration with Live than ever, Launchkey Mk3 includes dedicated buttons for track arm, loop, click, quantise and the Capture MIDI function, and a Drum Mode for working with Drum Racks. That said, the new Scale and Chord modes, and Arpeggiator can be used with external MIDI gear thanks to the 5-pin DIN MIDI Out port.
