Freda’s Diver Dishes

Wow! Is it really March already? When I wrote this column during the third lockdown back in January, March felt a world away! But the evenings are getting lighter and we are so ready to get out and dive again. I certainly am, anyway!

This absolutely delicious dish can be eaten as a main meal for a vegan, because it’s packed with protein, but it also makes a great side-dish. I have used vegan spirulina blue vein cheese but you can use any cheese you prefer.
