I am beyond inspired by this issue! The time and attention that was given to the art pieces shown is just phenomenal. I have dreamed of making a garden like Morgan Bears has for many years. I know how much work those flowers are and she really impressed.
Jen Tuttle’s vintage Fisher Price toys brought back so many memories! (I recently sold my dog and cow on eBay – my neighbor had the barn and we would play with it all the time.) We couldn’t afford many new toys so my mom would take my sister and I to the local auction house and if there was a mystery box of toys she would bid on it for us. It was such a thrill if we won. Once we got home we would go through it with pure joy!
I started imagining how cool it would be to see all my childhood miniature toys fill up a room and be able to play with them again. I wonder how many I have completely forgotten about?
