Using climate change as a reason to eat better
80% of British adults say they’d be more likely to ADOPT AN ENVIRONMENTALLY SUSTAINABLE DIET if it were to improve their health or reduce the cost of their food shop, according to a recent survey published by Global Food Security. However, only a third feel informed about the effect of food production on climate change, while 65% WOULD LIKE TO KNOW MORE.
