Having
struggled with restrictive eating and negative self-image in the past, personal trainer and fitness influencer Alice Liveing uses her platform on Instagram – as well as her app and podcast, both called Give Me Strength – to promote a happy, healthy lifestyle through regular movement and a balanced diet.
“I used to be that person saying: ‘This is the best form of training,’ but I’ve grown as a coach,” Alice tells hello!. “However you want to train, as long as you’re moving your body and enjoying it, that’s all that matters.”
