AL-EXIT SANCHEZ?
If you're unaware that Arsenal are having a tough season and Arsene Wenger is copping a load of flak, you must have been on another planet in the last few months. After more than two decades at the helm, Wenger’s popularity with Gunners fans has plummeted. They’re fed up with Arsenal failing to challenge for the title and getting knocked out of the Champions League at the last sixteen stage. And this year’s 10-2 aggregate loss to Bayern Munich was particularly gruesome for those of a red and white persuasion in north London. It seems as though Arsenal are going backwards instead of forwards, though Alexis Sanchez has been one shining light for much of the season. With eighteen goals and nine assists, the Chilean international has had a productive campaign, even if he has slightly faltered in recent weeks.
