What was the first record you bought?
“As a child, I was bought the 7” of Partners In Kryme’s Turtle Power from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Movie. My first 12” was DJ Shadow’s Endtroducing….. I saw a signed copy on eBay and had leftsomeone in charge of bidding while I was at work. They texted to say that they had accidentally bid £4,000 rather than £40. That was a pretty nervy shiftwaiting to see how much it was going to cost!”
