'I was with Trevor and his now wife Amy when the decision of getting a puppy was very much up in the air. They weren't married yet and understood the commitment of having to take

care of and raise a dog’- stated Kerry. The couple decided on a lovely male English Bulldog and named him “Elway” after legendary Broncos Quarterback John Elway who played his entire 16-year professional career with the Denver Broncos and who is currently the general manager and president of football operations for the Denver Broncos of the National Football League. 

Trevor and his wife Amy attest to having always loved bulldogs, stating, ‘They are great family dogs, have amazing personalities, and we have always loved their appearance’. English Bulldogs have many skinfolds and a punched in face that looks cute, but they can also look a bit intimidating. But as Trevor comments, ‘despite their gruff and grumpy appearance, bulldogs have a wonderful temperament’. Though he admits Elway is ‘EXTREMELY stubborn’ and jokes ‘More so than my wife, and that is saying a lot!’ Comments that might just land Trevor in the doghouse!
