The battle for superbike supremacy shows no sign of slowing in 2016, following the launch of Kawasaki’s hot new ZX-10R. The Japanese firm have lavished engine, chassis and electronic tweaks on their double WSB-winning platform, but have they done enough to ruffle the refined feathers of Yamaha’s R1, bloody the nose of Ducati’s prize-fighting 1299 Panigale, out grunt BMW’s S1000RR, or steal the Aprilia’s RSV4’s WSB thunder? The MCN road test team took them all to Spain on a road and track mega test to find out.
