A PUBLIC hearing will take place today (Thursday April 5) to determine the fate of a recreational hut built near Clachan Seil.
Deputy Lord Lieutenant Graham MacQueen didn’t obtain planning permission before building the shelter for his disabled wife.
He has since lodged a retrospective planning application and Argyll and Bute Council’s planning committee will make a decision today at 11am at the Corran Halls.
