ATLANTIS has more than 40 fitness classes a week, giving Oban the largest selection of fitness and dance classes anywhere in the west of Scotland.
There are two air-conditioned studios, the latest Smart Tech equipment from Les Mills and 14 different types of classes for you to achieve your fitness goals. Monday and Wednesday mornings have a special programme of activities perfect for those with low to moderate fitness, but if they don’t suit you, try any class and instructors can advise you how to build up your fitness safely and effectively.
The instructors are all highly qualified and attend continuous training to bring you the latest and most effective workout every time. The only hard thing, is choosing what you’re going to try.
