AN A82 campaign group has condemned Transport Scotland’s decision to reduce the speed limit between Fort William and North Ballachulish, writes Ellie Forbes.
The A82 Partnership expressed its disappointment at the decision to downgrade the speed limit from 60mph to 50mph, saying that Transport Scotland should instead be investing the required funds needed to upgrade the stretch of road.
The group is calling for action following the appearance of long black poles covered in black plastic bags on the side of the road.
