The recipe for our cover car this month is simple: what you do is you take an E30 shell, add as little as possible to the interior, swap in an S54 and then you add a supercharger for good measure. The end result is an unhinged machine that is the physical embodiment of the owner’s boyhood track car dreams and it is BMW wish fulfilment in the best way possible. From mental E30 we move onto one of the most extreme M4s we’ve ever featured, and this carbon-clad track warrior is an awesome machine that just so happens to be sitting on a set of carbon wheels – it’s a no-expense-spared build and it’s spectacular.
