THE SLOW SEASON
I don’t know about you, but to me things all seem very stale in the military and tactical gear market! Whilst that is certainly not a bad thing in the military world as there are no major conflicts involving our troops currently, when things are this slow in the tactical gear world we often find ourselves a little bored!
Maybe we’re not looking in the right places, or maybe the things that used to excite us simply don’t anymore, but the tactical gear world just isn’t providing the wow moments it was in years gone by. No longer do we have innovative releases from some of the major giants, and for us we’re not quite sure how to take that.
Sure, maybe it’s just the fact that it’s the middle of the year and the buzz of the show season is slowly dying down so we don’t have SHOT Show or IWA bringing us a range of new gucci gear, but has it always been this slow at this time of the year? With that said though, when we do find something new and exciting we certainly pay a lot more attention, so that can’t be a bad thing, right? But enough with our ranting, and more about this month of Raider. What do we have in store? Well funnily enough, quite a lot of gear! Whilst we’re sat here moaning about a lack of it, this months issue seems to be full of it, so maybe things aren’t as bad as we first thought!
This month we’ve got some great offerings from First Tactical, LALO Tactical, Viper Tactical… That’s a whole lot of Tacticals, right?! We also have items from Armadillo Merino, Platatac and Military 1st, as well as a whole new section called ‘Revisited’.
‘Revisited’ came off of the back of a conversation with an avid Raider reader, and is where we’ll be looking at some Raider favourites and how they’ve stood up to the test of time - working out whether these items where as good as we thought, or whether they’ve fallen apart over the years!
We hope you enjoy this months issue.

Raider

very good Revisto 11 junho 2020

Great Military Magazine

This is a great military mag, my only complaint is the amount of gear reviews, but for coverage of British and Western military, predominately European Army's this mag is the best there is. Revisto 01 outubro 2018
