How did you get into running?
Growing up in the ’80s I lived an active life, but I was an anxious child. Zoom forward to 2014, and two kids later, I realised I had clinical anxiety.
One night, I had the urge to run; I waited until the next morning and headed to the park. I stopped, started, sprinted, jogged. It felt exhilarating.
