BLU-RAY DEBUT This 30-year old anime has nostalgic appeal for fans. A three-part miniseries, it has a Judge Dredd-ish sensibility. In a violent future city, three criminals become cops, with lethal collars round their necks keeping them in line. Each story foregrounds one of the trio, fighting hoodlums, cyborgs and a vampire. The animation is limited, but the designs are strong and each story improves on the last.
