TENSION

17.5 sts and 10 rows measure 10x10cm (4x4in) over treble st using a 3.5mm hook, or size needed to obtain correct tension Alternativel, measure the stitch tension as 35sts over 20cm

dpst (double puff stitch) *(Yrh, insert hook into st, yrh and pull up loop) 4 times into same st, yrh and pull through all loops on hook; rep from * in same st.

Looking like a creation out of a fairy tale, this elegant yet comfortable cardigan is exactly what hooky dreams are made of.

NOTES

Front and Back body panels are worked in rows from the waistline up and are sewn together. Peplum is worked afterwards from the waistline down around the Front and Back. Sleeves are worked flat, from just above the Cuff towards the Sleeve Head. Cuff is worked down from bottom edge of Sleeve in a ribbed spiral, then Sleeve is pleated at the shoulder seam and sewn into position. Front Edgings and a waistline Drawstring are added. Flowers are made separately and sewn in place afterwards.

Row 7 Dpst, 11tr, dpst.
