Ham & tomato toastie: sandwich lean cooked ham and lots of tomato slices between 2 toasted slices of wholemeal bread from a small 400g loaf (a Healthy Extra)
Lunch
Tuna salad: steam halved green beans and mix with drained canned tuna in spring water. Add chopped hard-boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, cucumber chunks and mixed salad leaves. Drizzle with fat-free vinaigrette and toss well
Dinner
