The eight-way directional pad is miles better than the original Legion Go’s four-way job, and the analogue sticks are more precise.
DAY 01
Of all the PC gaming handhelds I’ve tried, the Legion Go S gets closest to matching the feeling I got when first picking up a Steam Deck. Lenovo has nailed the proportions, with controls that fall naturally underneath my fingers and thumbs. The four face buttons aren’t at all soft or spongey, and the two customisable keys on the rear are within easy reach.
