No, this isn’t some resurrected barn find. ‘Project Thunderball’ is an all-new electric roadster from sports car specialist Wiesmann, combining German engineering with a very strong whiff of British elegance. And it looks set to beat the mainstream car makers to the punch as the first ground-up convertible to run on battery power. (Yes, the Tesla Roadster was a thing, but that was really a Lotus underneath.)
