The best time to clean a pellet grill is just after you’ve cooked on it. Before sitting down to eat, turn the grill’s temperature to maximum for 20 minutes and close the lid. This will burn off all traces of fat and make it easier to clean using Weber’s excellent cleaning kit, comprising two wire brushes, scourers and cleaning solutions.
