GROGMEET
What is GrogMeet?
It’s a celebration of vintage RPGs from ‘back in the day’ and the best of RPGs today.
It began as a meetup of listeners of The Grognard Files: a podcast where we reminisce about playing RPG games in the eighties and rediscovering the hobby 30 years later, examining some of the changes and similarities in the hobby.
What makes the event one-of-a-kind?
There’s not many conventions that support games from back in the ‘80s such as Twilight 2000, Flashing Blades, Star Frontiers and the ‘reds under the bed’ classic The Price of Freedom, as well as new versions of classics such as Tunnels and Trolls, RuneQuest and Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay.
