So, it’s finally time to talk about fulfilment. Which is a nice, tidy, satisfying word for quite a messy process. Fulfilment is what happens when all the exciting stuff that we think of as “making a game” – the game design, the playtesting, the refinement, the rules-tweaking, the layout decisions, even the printing of a test pack – is over. It’s what happens when the only thing left isn’t deciding or designing, but just doing.
