Motor Town: Behind The Wheel
It’s not going to be causing the developers of Forza Horizon 5 to wake up at night in a cold sweat, but PC ‘early access’ title Motor Town: Behind The Wheel offers roughly the same thing: a multiplayer open world, a whole host of driving related missions and at least one car that looks an awful lot like a Lambo Aventador. Motor Town might look quite basic, and as a game still in active development in many ways it is, but there’s a little more to it than we expected. What you might not guess from looking at a blocky screenshot is that the stark, polygonal graphics belie a surprisingly sophisticated tyre physics model, making haring around the game’s island remarkably involving. It’s like discovering that the kid who spent half an hour firing elastic bands across the exam hall went on to get an A.
