Big news this month centres on our annual Top Truck Award and TN’s unique alphabetical display of truck manufactures’ northern dealer maps.
Our 2015 TTA winner is, perhaps unsurprisingly, the Renault C Range 8x4 tipper which so impressed on our 200 mile Scottish route test.
The other big news centres on a look at Dawsonrentals Scottish truck and trailer hire operation based in Glasgow and a full report on the FTA Scottish transport managers’ conference in Dunblane.
On test this month is the now legendery Iveco EuroCargo. Probably the oldest name in 7.5 tonne trucks, but thanks to continuous updates, it’s well up there among the main players.
And there’s the latest news on how the IRTE’s irtec accreditation scheme will take pole position at a Saturday morning convention held during Truckfest Scotland.
