IN LATE JANUARY, I ATTENDED THE WILD Salmon Connections conference at Fishmongers' Hall in London. This three-day event gathered international experts, policymakers, conservationists and industry leaders to address the challenges facing endangered wild salmon in the North Pacific and Atlantic oceans. Spearheaded by the Missing Salmon Alliance, the conference aimed to promote collaborative action to combat the decline of the species.
