Despite blustery and sometimes damp weather, there were high-quality performances such as James Dasaolu’s wind-assisted 9.93 100m win as James Ellington and CJ Ujah also broke 10 seconds. Matt Hudson-Smith impressed with his 44.88 victory in the 400m, as did Andy Pozzi with a 13.31 sprint hurdles win into a headwind and Jazmin Sawyers as she long jumped a 6.75m PB to qualify for Rio.
