Craft Stamper  |  Craft Stamper - November 2012
Hello! Well summer (such as it was here in the UK) has come and gone and in the blink of an eye Christmas is looming just around the corner. We have a sprinkling of festive projects this month to get your started with your seasonal preparations.
If you are looking for quick cards that look like they took you an age, take a peek at Liesbeth’s awesome gesso technique on page 50 (our cover project). These stunning cards are deceptively simple and relatively quick to batch-make. Plus Joanne Allison shares a gorgeously sparkly card design on page 12 and our free stamp (p.41) is ideal for quick Christmas cards. If it’s gift makes you are after, Sarah’s Grungeboard cuffs make great girly presents.
Technique-wise we have lots on offer too. An acetate Masterclass (p.68), a gorgeously grungy tissue paper technique (p.62), a fabric medium tutorial (p.56) and a beginner's guide to doodling Zantangle-style (p.6).
Before you go make sure you don’t miss the results of Round 3 of our Stamer of the Year competition, sponsored by Imagination Crafts. Turn to page 34 to see the gorgeous makes our winner and runners-up entered. Happy stamping!
