Hello! When I am creating, I love to add layers, texture and tactile elements to my makes. Our designers have really gone to town this month using all kinds of materials to give their projects dimension and stroke-ability! Sarah shows you some gorgeous ways to use metal tape to create surprisingly feminine designs (p.6), Sue adds terrific texture to ger sunflower cards using bird seed (p.18) and both Liesbeth (p.48) and Helen (p.28) work with fabric in two very different ways.

As summer comes to a close we look back on the season with a series of articles bursting with blooms. If you are a keen gardener you will love two projects we have this month using the bounty from your garden - Laura’s lovely stamped seed packets (p.58) and Joanne’s pretty provencal lavender sachets (p.66). Pretty florals also make an appearance in in Stephanie’s delightful aperture cards (p.10) and our free stamp makes (p.41).

Finally, the first of our Stamper of the Year competition results are in! We reveal the winners and runners’ up in Round One, sponsored by PaperArtsy (p.34). And if you’d like to see your creation in these pages there is still lots of time to enter as there are two rounds remaining. This month’s round is sponsored by IndigoBlu - see page 31 for details. Enjoy!

Have enjoyed this wonderful, creative magazine for years! Reviewed 11 December 2020

I love all the featured artists and the creative projects. This magazine has taken the place of one that is no longer printed in the US, "Cloth, Paper, Scissors" for me. Reviewed 16 May 2020
