Calm: this issue is inspired simply by the idea of calm. Our colour palette is made up of soothing neutrals paired with joy-bringing pops of colour. The yarns are soft and delicious to hold in your hands before you even cast on, and the knits have been created with a sense of peace in mind.
Jo Allport introduces knitting in the round in her Serena hat, perfect for those of you who haven’t tried that technique. And we’ve got other beginner and advanced beginner- level knits in the round in this issue, such as Georgia Farrell’s gorgeous Chequerboard sleeve-style scarf and oversized ombré top Svenja by Lang Yarns. Or if your idea of serenity is a knit that gets your hands working while your brain can disengage and fly free, give the Calm longline cardigan a try: it’s a simple stocking stitch garment worked from the shoulders down in one piece, with a simple two-colour brioche edging, and you’ll end up with the ultimate cosy – and fashionable – garment to wear.
Whatever your winter holds, we wish you a calm, peaceful and yarny one.

Particularly good for beginners Reviewed 16 July 2019

Brilliant app

I'm a fan of the paper magazine and this app is just as brilliant.
I didn't have any of the problems described in the other reviews ( I've downloaded 2 numbers so far) this maybe just a different version though.
