DIVISION TWO
A TRY in the closing seconds by James Samme, with Louie Walker landing the pressure-cooker conversion, earned DEWSBURY MOOR MAROONS an 18-16 win over WOOLSTON ROVERS, who would have gone top (ahead of inactive leaders Waterhead, whose fixture with Shaw Cross was postponed because of a waterlogged pitch) if they had managed to hold out.
The Moor, who have leapfrogged Rovers into second place, prevailed despite having had Aiden Ineson yellow carded on 55 minutes for a swinging arm, with Jake Butterfield sinbinned on 68 minutes for kicking out.
