We already loved Framework’s stupidly clever, fully upgradeable laptop. Now, it has been given the upgrade it was crying out for in the form of a new AMD mainboard, boasting the awesome Phoenix APU. Yep, the same chip found in the new breed of gaming handhelds, including the OneXPlayer OneXFly. It’s not cheap at $699, but it does transform the Framework 13 into a fantastic all-rounder, with reasonable gaming performance, outstanding multi-threading, and even better battery life.
