MASALA CHANA CHAAT
For the chaat mix:
• 50g (⅓ cup) peanuts
• 1 tsp coconut oil
• 2 small red onions, finely chopped
• 1 green chilli, finely chopped
• 2 medium potatoes, steamed, peeled and cubed
• 1 x 400g (2 cups) can drained brown chickpeas (kala chana)
