Potato Gnocchi with Broad Beans & ‘Chorizo’ Crumbs
Serves 4
Gnocchi makes for the perfect sharing dish, and the fresh broad beans complement the flavours of the ‘chorizo’ crumbs wonderfully.
For the gnocchi:
• 400g (1 scant pound) floury potatoes, whole and unpeeled
• 1 tsp sea Salt flakes
• 200g (2 cups) plain flour
For the crumbs:
• 3 slices bread, torn into crumbs
• 2 tsp smoked paprika
