BY THEIR VERY nature, SUVs are comparatively heavy vehicles, and electric SUVs like the Lotus Eletre are heavier still, putting them in complete contrast with the lightweight sports cars that the brand has traditionally specialised in. And yet the fact is that those sports cars sell about as well as suncream at Christmas.
