WHY I RUN

How did you get into running?
I did a junior mud run with my son who was seven at the time and I loved it. It made me want to do an adult mud run so I downloaded the C25K app to make sure I was ready. I ran sporadically for the next year until I saw an advert for RED October, a challenge where you run every day for the month. I gave it a go and found it improved my mood as well as my fitness. At the end of the month, my long-suffering husband agreed I should continue. Now I’m truly addicted and am over five years into my daily run streak.
