The East London Writeidea Prize 2017 is inviting entries from writers who have not previously been published.
The competition is for original short stories up to 3,000 words, in any genre and on any theme, written by writers who have not previously been published in any medium and have not won any writing competitions.
The first prize is £300, and four finalists will each receive £50. In the teen entrants category for writers aged between 13 and 19, the winner will get £50 and four finalists will each get £20.
