In ‘Every Expedition Needs an Irishman’ Explorer Mark Wood and Diver Rory Golden talk about climbing to the heights of Everest and diving to the depths of the Titanic. The Seasonal Menu is by Anne-Sophie Pic, one of the most decorated female chefs in the world.
