What do you love about running?
When I first started running, it was for a mix of reasons but mostly as something to do for me, as I was a mum to small children, so me-time was in short supply. Also, I wanted to be fitter and lose a bit of weight. Now, I run for the positive impact on my physical and mental health; it’s time away from the chaos of everyday life, to spend time in nature, spend time with friends, and to keep healthy.
