Many people in the UK are lacking in these eight key nutrients, say the findings. The HSIS report notes that, to meet the RDI of iron, an adult female would need to eat 1.057kg of grilled, lean sirloin steak, 1.973kg of broccoli, or 779g of chickpeas.
