Six ways you can access Reiki to improve your running

Look up Reiki shares in your local community. Most community centres will hold a session every week where you can go and try Reiki at a reduced cost. 2Elemental
Sense the energy flow around you; Reiki flows through all living things, so seek these out. Get out, leave the treadmill behind (as well as the TV, phone and other screens), find a park, forest or a trail, a canal or river, seashore or lake. Runners know this feels great, but often don’t think about why – it’s all about fresh air. From a Reiki perspective vibrational energy is greater and more concentrated in these areas. Simply said, there is more oxygen! Run routes that pass schools, where you can hear children charging around at breaktime – you hear and feel their joy!
