#03 STRENGTH WORKOUTS
All Garmin Connect users have access to free, pre-made workouts with step-by-step instructions, which you can even download directly to selected models of watch.
To find and download a workout, first open up the Garmin Connect app. Select Training and Planning from the main menu and then Workouts. Choose Find a Workout and start browsing workout options. They’re listed with different difficulty and time ratings and include bodyweight routines, yoga and pilates. Once you’ve chosen a workout, you can click through to see what each step involves, what areas of your body it targets, the duration and if kit is needed. The Back To Basics Beginner workout focuses on strength, flexibility and mobility, lasts 30 minutes and requires dumbbells.
