Who is leaving?
What is their reason?
Where are they going, and why?
What are they leaving behind?
Will they be your main character, or will your main character be watching them go?
Write a passage of prose or poetry either from the perspective of the person who is leaving, or the person who did whatever it was that caused the rift.
