We are an island nation and nowhere in the UK is more than seventy miles from coastal waters so, when the warm weather comes, our thoughts often turn to the sea.
If you can’t get down to the coast and soak up the sound and smell of the sea, you can still enjoy some beach time in memory and imagination with this month’s freerange writing.
So breathe in the salty air, listen to the waves, feel the warmth of the sun on your skin… and write! The only thing you have to remember is this: stick to the timings.
